I want the world free of gun control





I took Uncle Sam famous photo with the famous quote " I want you to join for war." What I did to manipulate this photo was turn Uncle Sam face into the world, I also changed his finger to a gun pointing at the world with a quote saying "I want the world FREE of GUN VIOLENCE!! My political issue is Gun Control. The world is meaning everywhere we should join together and end gun violence on innocent people. The world would be so much safe. Overall, I would like to make the planet a safer environment for people to actually live their life and not be scared to go outside. The only Personnel who should use a gun is the Cops which should not be a real gun, it should be a air soft gun, rubber ball gun, or pellet, and the only time military should be using a gun would be for training and for war they should be the only exception. This issue is important to me because "Gun-related deaths are tragically common. In 2019 alone, more than 250,000 people died as a result of firearms worldwide. Nearly 71% of gun deaths were homicides, about 21% were suicides, and 8% were unintentional firearms-related accidents. (Gun Deaths by Country 2023 (worldpopulationreview.com)"A smaller subset of gun deaths occur as the result of mass shootings and school shootings, which are often highly publicized." Every year, police in America shoot and kill more than 1,000 people, and Black people are victims at a disproportionate rate. Curbing this gun violence requires confronting (Police Violence, 2023)."  If I could publicly display this image, I would post it on billboards for everyone to see, I would make a commercial out of it with the picture shown with a voice over explaining why we need to stop gun violence and how the community can be so much better, but also on social media with a brief statement with maybe some kind of reward to make people want to engage in the movement. Word of mouth spreads quickly and so does advertisement on television. Anywhere that would catch someone attention.

Part 2 Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King

  This is the original Good Vibes, Good Life book jacket by Vex King This is my book jacket for Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King For my book jacket I wanted to make it peaceful, wellness kind of looking. For the front of this book I related the scenery for what the book is about. It looks relaxing and peaceful. I took out the palm trees and chairs, I added the beach for the relaxation, changed the sky of the beach to a more sun setting vibe. The sun setting because I think that can be a vibe to think and find inner peace in. I added some birds in the sky for nature. I added the radio because some people enjoy meditation music while doing yoga. I added the girl doing yoga in front of the beach to shower her becoming grounded with her inner self. I did the Good Vibes, in purple because that is 1 of the meditation, self-healing colors and so is blue.
